Check out this beach soccer fail. This is an example of when trying to help goes wrong. Happy Friday! Hope your weekend goes better than this! 🙂
“Unmindful that a foot may crush them, that some wild animal may trample them.” Job 39:15 (NIV)
Here’s another funny Pinterest find. Seems fitting for the first of the year with fitness goals in full swing: Yeah, I’m into fitness…Fitness whole pizza in my mouth!
“But everything should be done in a fitting and orderly way.” 1 Corinthians 14:40 (NIV)
I came across another friend for Phteven!
“But Moses pleaded with the LORD, “O Lord, I’m not very good with words. I never have been, and I’m not now, even though you have spoken to me. I get tongue-tied, and my words get tangled.”” Exodus 4:10 (NLT)
This song by Straight No Chaser has apparently been out for a while so you may have heard it before, but I just recently heard it for the first time while listening to my Christmas Pandora radio station the other day. I LOVED it…cracked me up! I had to go find it on YouTube (click here for direct YouTube link) to share with you. I don’t think I’ve seen a funnier 12 Days of Christmas rendition! Even if you’ve heard it before, it’s worth taking another listen. 🙂
“And I will set a sign among them, and I will send of them that shall be saved, to the Gentiles into the sea, into Africa…” Isaiah 55:19 (DRB)
Here’s another funny Christmas image I ran across on the web. It looks like baby Jesus is going to have some wicked abs by the end of the season!
“Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty…” Psalm 24:8 (NIV)
I follow Jon Jorgenson, The Anima Series, on YouTube. I love his videos! I recently received one of his videos that fits right in with our current topic about handling negative comments (especially online). His video here (click here to access video directly on YouTube) is a funny way to deal with internet hate by using some examples of “love your enemies”. 🙂
“But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you” Matthew 5:44 (NIV)
Funny Friday: When I Was a PupWhen I was a pup I had one toy and it was a stick!
“…Elisha cut a stick and threw it into the water at that spot…” 2 Kings 6:6 (NLT)
